Rimmini is a city in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy and capital city of the Province of Rimmini. It is located on the Adriatic Sea near the coast between the rivers Marecchia and Ausa. Archo d' agusto - Archo d' Agusto or the Arch of Augustus is situated towards the southeast end of the Corso di Augusto in Rimmini. This is a triumphal arch built in 27 B.C.
Cattolica - Down to the coast from Misano Adriatico lies the Cattolica, a seaside resort. This was here since the mid 19th century. There are many villas, boulevards and fine shops in the resort. The beach, 2km/1.25mi long, has good facilities for visitors. The town offers a rich choice for active holidays: sailing, wind-surfing, water-skiing, crazy golf, tennis, riding, bowling, etc.
Cesenatico - Towards the northwest of Rimmini is Cesenatico, an old fishing village. The little town is passed through by a harbor canal, part of which is now a floating maritime museum, the Museo della Marineria, consisting of old fishing boats with painted sails.
Fiabilandia - This is an amusement park. It has got all what one look for in an amusement park - Show Boat, King Kong, Fort Apache, water games, Baby Park, railroad, theater, etc.
San Leo - San Leo is situated on a conical hill, with a massive castle (picture gallery), a Romanesque cathedral and a ninth century parish church.
Milano Marittima - Beyond the canal harbor lays the suburb of Milano Marittima. This suburb is beautifully situated on the edge of a pinewood, with an excellent beach and thermal baths.
